The Renewal Process missions arrived in Latin America, this time to Argentina. The CoD CSP Secretariat and Chair participated in a roundtable meeting with civil society representatives. On 24th July, Enrique de Obarrio and Gina Romero participated in an event hosted by our focal point Cultura Democrática where Secretary General Thomas Garrett along with more than twelve civil society organisations participated and shared the challenges facing democracy in Argentina.

Furthermore, during this visit, chair Enrique de Obarrio and Gina Romero from the secretariat of the Civil Society Pillar, civil society representatives and CoD Permanent Secretariat  met with government officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International

Trade and Worship. In addition, they have the opportunity to exchange perspectives and ideas on the reality of Argentina with the deputies Fernando Iglesias (PRO) and Fabio Quetlas (UCR).
